By accessing the Jilicrow website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first interaction with the Jilicrow platform.

Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one Jilicrow account. Creating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one Jilicrow account. Duplicate accounts are flagged automatically and reviewed. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and balances forfeited.
Account Security

KYC Verification

All information provided during registration must be truthful and kept up to date. Name, contact details, and payment information must match your verified identity to process withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Jilicrow are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Jilicrow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit on Jilicrow is ₱100. Jilicrow does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding source must be registered in the same name as your Jilicrow account. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other people will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be bet before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
One Bonus Per Promotion
Each Jilicrow promotion is available once per eligible player per promotional period unless the specific terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared devices will void all associated bonuses.
Wagering Requirements

Bonus Expiry

Abuse Prevention

Prohibited Conduct

Automated Play

Money Laundering

Account Sharing

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Jilicrow platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Jilicrow content without prior written permission from Jilicrow.
Content Ownership
The Jilicrow name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary. Unauthorized use of Jilicrow's intellectual property — for any purpose including social media, marketing, or impersonation — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability
Jilicrow provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jilicrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical interruptions, loss of data, or service unavailability. Jilicrow's maximum liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Jilicrow wallet at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension and Termination

Players may also request closure of their Jilicrow account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in the wallet (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Voluntary Closure
You can close your Jilicrow account at any time by contacting our support team. Net balance after any applicable deductions will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
Involuntary Closure
